We strive to be as accurate as possible in the presentation of our skincare products. However, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Color Discrepancy: We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or mobile device's display of any color will be accurate. Actual product colors may vary based on your screen settings, brightness, or hardware capabilities.

  • Natural Variations: Because our products may use natural ingredients, slight variations in color, consistency, or scent may occur between batches. These are not considered defects.

2. Pricing and Price Inaccuracies

  • Errors and Omissions: Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our website may be mispriced. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

  • Right to Cancel: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical glitch, Desa Ayurveda shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your card has been charged, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any moment before a purchase is finalized.

3. Skincare Disclaimer & Safety

  • Not Medical Advice: All content provided by Desa Ayurveda is for cosmetic and educational purposes only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease.

  • Individual Sensitivity: It is the customer's responsibility to read the ingredient list for potential allergens. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full application.

  • Liability: Desa Ayurveda is not liable for any adverse reactions, including but not limited to skin irritation, rashes, or allergic reactions resulting from the use of our products.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, limit order quantities, or cancel an order for any reason, including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

  • Stock unavailability.

  • Technical errors in the checkout process.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desa Ayurveda, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
