Desa Ayurveda currently ships to addresses within India only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

1. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders might not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please check the delivery timeline mentioned while placing the order.
  • Delivery: Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Desa Ayurveda reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping Inaccuracies & Address Errors

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
  • Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient information, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

4. Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you in contacting the carrier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
